Daily Briefing
A once-a-day summary of what needs your attention, on the dashboard and the AI page.
The Daily Briefing is your morning rundown: a short, plain-English list of what needs attention across the whole portfolio, so you don't have to go digging.
Where to find it
- Dashboard — a Today's Briefing card with the top items.
- AI Assistant page — the full briefing with the date and a refresh button.
What's in it
The briefing gives a one-line summary, then a handful of bullets, each with a title, a short detail, and a severity:
- Critical — needs attention now (e.g. an emergency work order).
- Warning — should be handled soon (e.g. rent past due, a lease expiring).
- Info — worth knowing.
If nothing needs attention, it simply says "All clear — nothing needs attention today."
Refresh it
On the AI page, click the refresh icon to regenerate the briefing. The bullets are drawn from your real data (overdue rent, open maintenance, expiring leases, and so on), so they work even without AI configured; when AI is on, you also get a smarter written summary.
Get it sent to you
You can have the briefing delivered by text or email once a day instead of checking the app. Turn this on in Settings under notification delivery, where you set the send hour and the SMS/email recipients. See Settings and notifications.
